The hotel is in a nice area with a magnificent and absolutely perfect location. It's a short walk to the city center. - the rooms are nicely decorated and brand-new, with clean bathrooms.

The hotel is at a short 5 minute walking distance from the central train station.

Hook for the shower head was broken, so had to shower whil holding the shower head in one head... Water was hot and powerful though. No curtains, but blinds inside the double window glass, however two out of three window blinds were broken.

Ok breakfast, nice food in the restaurang.

The cleaning of my room, a lot of dust behind the bedtables. The room was worned down, the shower/toilett was old shit, not ok! Go to Sundsvall first hotel and learn.................

The value for money at Elite Hotel Brage was outstanding. The room was in such great condition, it felt like it had just been renovated. The location was perfect, with restaurants within walking distance and a public car park adjacent to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to our overall pleasant experience.

I chose this hotel for attending an annual general meeting and was pleased with the conference facilities provided. The living room had a conference table for six people, making it convenient for our meeting. The overall experience was satisfactory and met my requirements for a business trip.

One service that I missed for my work was the availability of a printer or business center in the hotel. It would have been helpful to have access to printing facilities for any last-minute documents or presentations.

The location was great, right in the heart of the city with plenty of Christmas markets to explore. The included breakfast was decent with a variety of options available, including some gluten-free bread. The best part of our stay was the comfortable pillows and bedding.

Our room was extremely small and cramped with no space for our suitcases. The elevator was slow and we often found ourselves taking the stairs. Worst of all, the room was not properly cleaned with dust and crumbs left on surfaces. our xmas stay at this hotel was disappointing and we wouldn't recommend it.

We loved how well-maintained the room was, it seemed to be newly renovated and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also great, close to the train station and within walking distance to the town centre. Additionally, the breakfast was superb with plenty of options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing dog bowls for our furry friend and making our stay extra special by leaving a card and free drinks for the kids.

Can't fault anything about it.
